We face decisions every day, every moment of our lives. Many of us have developed strategies to make decisions. The more important the issue, the more ornate our decision-making process can be. 

So, how do we make decisions without the inherent anxiety or insecurity that is part of that process? When we make poor decisions, what are the factors that drive such decisions? How can we make better decisions?
